Orders are processed, packed, and shipped in 48 hours or less.
Once the shipment has been received by Singapore Post an automated email will be sent to you with your tracking number and a link to the tracking website.
Typically speaking it takes 10-21 days for the shipment to arrive at it's destination. Due to COVID-19 effected shipping will have some delays due to limited flight.

Warranty & Refund Policy

Battery Warranty Period: Six Months from date of delivery.
Dry Herb Vape Warranty Period: One Year from date of delivery.
