How to Use
The HAZE is easy to use and maintain. Once unpackaged, it is recommended to charge your battery for at least 1 hour before use. This will condition the battery for future charging during its lifespan. The red light on the bottom of the battery (next to the input port) will indicate that the battery is charging. Once the battery is at its full capacity, the charging will stop.
To lock/unlock the battery, you need to click the button 5 times in sequence. It will blink once to indicate that it has done the function.
To change the voltage settings, you need to click the button 3 times in sequence. The order of colors are green (3.4V), blue (3.7V) and red (4.2V).
To activate the preheat option, press the power button twice. The coil will be activated for 15 seconds to preheat. The device has auto shut off time of 10sec. Be sure to lock your battery after use to avoid accidental activation.
To load the chamber, first remove tHe mouthpiece tip from the glass tube. Place your finely grinded flower into the tube. Close the mouthpiece tip while pushing down the flower to the coil.
Do not remove the glass while the coil is activated at any time.

WARRANTY & REFUND

Standard Manufacturer Warranty
All products purchased from Airistech Official Store come with a warranty that covers manufacturer defects. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any item deemed defective under this policy.
Buyer’s Remorse
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact Airistech promptly to request cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, returns for buyer’s remorse will not be accepted.
Defective Product Warranty
If your product is defective, there’s no need to return the item. However, please provide the following details for replacement requests:
- Description of the defect
- Order number
- Security code
- Product name
- Clear video or photos showing the defect
Note: Ensure the video or photo clearly demonstrates the issue to expedite processing.
Warranty Periods
- Wax / Oil Vape Warranty: Six months from the purchase date.
- Dry Herb Vape Warranty: One year from the purchase date.
- Coils, parts, and accessories: Not covered under warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic issues
- Damage caused by consumer use or handling
- Products outside of the warranty coverage period
- Products not purchased directly from Airistech Official Store
Lifetime Warranty – Selected Products Only
Our “Lifetime Warranty” applies exclusively to the following Airistech products purchased from Airistech Official Store: airis CUBE, airis WHIP, airis VIGOR, Mystica MAX, Mystica ACE, and airis V2.0 Battery.
- Coverage: This warranty covers only manufacturer defects or malfunctions resulting from normal use.
- Product Lifecycle Definition: “Lifetime” is defined as the anticipated lifespan of the product, which is approximately 10 years.
- Replacement Limitation: Only one free replacement request per product is allowed during the lifecycle warranty period.
- Potential Fees: For valid warranty claims, no charges will apply for shipping or materials required for repairs or replacements.
