Due to the custom and government policies from different countries, the shipment sometimes couldn't make through the custom. If you are not sure about the custom policy in where you live, please contact us first before make purchase.Custom taxes are not included in the selling price, please pay for it if needed when you receive the package.

Warranty & Returns
1. For customers who buy from Airistechshop.com directly
1 year warranty on the following items:
• All dry herb vaporizers
6 months warranty on the following item
• Wax and oil vaporizers
No warranty on used coils or other accessories.
Please be noted that we will not be responsible for any man-made issue.
Please contact our customer service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the problem along with your order number and pictures or videos of the defective item. Your order number will be sent after payment.
2. For customers who buy from other vendors
Airistech will not directly make replacement to the end user.
The first step is to authenticate that your product is a Genuine Airistech product. We will not provide parts or replacements for any product that is NOT authenticated according to the process we have established and explained how to use here: All customers can verify the authenticity of their Airistech products by going to website www.airistech.com and inputting the code on the packaging.
