Shipping FAQ's:

1. Customs & Taxes

Due to the government policies and customs laws in different countries,  shipment times may vary.  In some instances customs will hold the shipment and not release it with out the proper duty being paid. If this happens to you shipment please pay the duty fee to have your product released.  No refunds shall be give for products in which the customs duty has not been paid.  In the event that customs detains the shipment for any reason other than payable duties we will refund the full cost of the order once customs has returned the package to us. If you are not sure about the customs policy in your country, please contact us first before you make purchase.  Customs taxes and duties are not included in the selling price, please pay for them if needed when you receive the package.

2. Delivery time

Typical delivery time is 12-15 days for the shipment to arrive on all US Orders, or 20-25 days for the shipment to arrive at it's international destination.  This may vary due to circumstances outside of our control such as weather, mechanical breakdowns, and customs. 

3. Order Tracking

Your tracking number will be sent to you in an automatically generated email once Singapore Post has received your package and uploaded into their system.  Tracking is generally available 72 hours after the package has shipped.  To check the tracking you can either click the link in the email or input your tracking number at:

Warranty & Return FAQ's

All airis dry herb vaporizers have a one year warranty. 

All airis oil and wax vapes have a six month warranty. 

Coils, parts, and accessories do not have a warranty. 

The warranty covers manufacturer defects only.  User caused damage and cosmetic issues are not covered under the warranty. 

To file a warranty claim please contact our customer service department by emailing Service@AirisTech.com with a description of the problem along with your order number and pictures or videos of the defective item.
