Countries supported for delivery: United States, Canada, Europe, Mexico, Australia
All orders are processed on weekdays during normal business days during normal business hours. Orders are processed, packed, and shipped in 48 hours or less. 

Once the shipment has been received by shipping company, an automated email will be sent to you with your tracking number and a link to the tracking website. 
Typically speaking it takes 7-30 business days arrive at it's destination. 
This can vary greatly depending on circumstances outside of our control. Some of the factors that may delay your shipment are: weather, customs, mechanical breakdowns, and slow processing by the destination country's postal service.

To ensure smooth shipping, it's essential that customers verify the accuracy of their provided address information, including the city, state, and zip code. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly review their shipping details before submitting their order. Your attention to these details greatly helps in avoiding any shipping errors or delays.

We don't charge any sales tax or export duties. However, if the package is checked by your country's customs office when the item arrives in your country, customers are responsible for import duties, tariffs, and taxes. We are not responsible for products being confiscated by the Customs in your countries. All customers are responsible to check with your local Customs office for any potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs.
