Warranty Policy for CloudV Products

Thank you for shopping with the Airistech Official Store. Airistech is exclusively authorized by CloudV to sell CloudV products. All CloudV products purchased through the Airistech Official Store are covered by the warranty policy outlined below.

Warranty Coverage

  • CloudV Battery: Covered for 6 months from the original purchase date.
  • CloudV Parts & Accessories: Not covered under warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

  1. Cosmetic Damage: Any damage that does not affect the functionality or performance of the product (e.g., scratches, dents, etc.).
  2. Damage from Misuse or Handling: Damage caused by consumer use, improper handling, accidents, or failure to follow the product's user instructions.
  3. Expired Warranty: Products that are beyond the warranty coverage period.
  4. Non-Authorized Sellers: Products purchased from sources other than the Airistech Official Store are not eligible for warranty service.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at <service@airistech.com>, providing proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Products found to be defective within the warranty period will be eligible for a replacement or repair, at the discretion of Airistech.
